We provide you with access to the Portal, but it is your responsibility to maintain and keep this Portal up to date. VyprVPN support will NOT add/delete or modify users on your behalf.\n\nWhen using VyprVPN for Business, you take control of user access to our global network and agree that the users you add and allow access to our network will abide by all of the Policies we publish. This allows you to personalize our App with your business identification. You must adhere to the fit and form of the Logo Space area, and your logo must be the same logo you use in the regular course of business. You MAY NOT use the logo of any other entity, and you agree that you will follow all trademark and copyright laws. By using the Logo Space, you grant us a use license to the logo you supply for the sole purpose of presenting it to you and your users through our applications and portal interfaces. Such a license is granted until you remove the image from our portal.\n\nVyprVPN for Business Licensed Server Edition extends your ability to use our proprietary server code (\"Our Server\") and functionality under a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revokable license. When properly installed under the appropriate Subscription Plan, you may install our Server software on your infrastructure (or on public cloud IAAS that you control and legally license) and use Server for your private business use for as long as our license to you remains valid. Additionally to continue to user Our Server, you must have a current account in good standing, and you cannot be in violatation of any of our Policies.\n\nWhen using Our Software as a server under your control, our no-log policies DO NOT APPLY, as you control the server and the VPN endpoints. VyrpVPN has no control over the log states of your infrastructure. It is up to you to create your own internal business policies around the use of Our Server running on your network(s).\n\nThe software contained on Our Server is licensed, not sold.
